We ship to the U.S., Europe, Australia, Japan and Canada. Europe via priority mail is $24 with guaranteed delivery and tracking. Europe via first class mail is $9 and is not guaranteed delivery with tracking. U.S. shipping via priority mail with delivery confirmation for $6.50 with additional shipping methods available including express delivery. Canada shipping via first class mail is $8 and via priority mail is $17 for guaranteed delivery and tracking. Combined orders are allowed for shipping multiple items with one shipping charge. We will only accept payment through Amazon.com or US Money Order to WatchTower, P O Box 172, Elm PA 17521. Once payment is received, the item will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Payment must be received within 5 business days or the order may be cancelled. Returns will only be accepted for defective merchandise, and item(s) must be received within 14 days after delivery.
